iOS 10 (after a Watch has been paired) Activity app - Sharing.
Maybe in 6 months once I can actually do exercise again! (newborn, no sleep atm!) 
Mate, it gets better after 6 months but you should know disturbed sleep will be your burden for the next few years. Speaking from experience.
