My ISP now sends out .mobileconfig files when I create new accounts, but when I open them in iOS Mail they don’t launch. On the iPad it thinks it belongs to OneOffice and iPhone various apps. It seems like a good idea but how the heck do you launch it when the device seems to be clueless to its intent?
Weird. I just looked up a regular .mobileconfig generator online and it worked OK: http://appdistro.cttapp.com/webclip/
Internet suggestions say that there could be an app installed that thinks it can handle mobileconfig files, which is conflicting with the built in handler for mobileconfig files. Delete the app from your device and try again?
