My iPhone X has been sitting on Update Requested since yesterday, no amount of soft/hard/network resets has helped I’m afraid. Equally galling is that my iPad Pro grabbed the GM as soon as it became available.
I figured that might be how it worked, I have no desire to keep riding the beta train, mostly did it in the hopes of getting Waze into CarPlay early, which didn’t happen. Soon though!
Try removing the beta profile and adding it again.
