Ouch! iPhone 7plus lcd smashed

I received this phone free of charge. It works, front and rear cameras are ok and operational.
Home button operational too. The speaker is a bit quiet/muted (my 6s plus speakers are louder)

I’m willing to give it a go and replace the lcd screen myself.

Can you recommend where should I purchase a good quality replacement lcd please?

A$268.95 for a Apple certified repair on a free phone seems like a bit of a bargain to me.

Apple may say that’s too damaged for just screen price. But even the whole unit replacement is worth it at $529. It’s worth probably $700 working and effectively new.
