Taking forever to download. Its been stuck at 1 hour (having begun at 9 hours!) for the last 45 minutes. Is this normal?
Yes, usually extremely slow. Took 3 hours last Tuesday morning.
Make sure it is on charger & within range of your iPhone.
Make sure your passcode, if any, is entered whilst on the charger (I did that several times…)
It took a while for me, but not that long. It initially said 5 hours and went down normally and counted down from 25 minutes . I nodded off to sleep at about 23 minutes and when I woke up after an hour and a half later it was all done.
I’ve read lots about it being very slow for others.
Overall, took 4 hours from go to whoa.
