Has anyone’s icloud storage changed mine is still saying 20GB ?

Not yet, but I’ve decided to turn off iCloud backups so I can fit under the free 5GB limit. I always back up locally to my machine before an update or restore so I’m not sure why I was paying for it anyway. I imagine the tiers will update as soon as iOS 9 is unleashed to the public.
Still shows up as 20GB on mine (I currently have ~11GB free)
Since I upgraded to iOS 9.1 it has started to back up my photos so now i have 11mb left of the 20GB !
Believe it or not, I actually paid for the 1 Tb iCloud account to try out the Photos iCloud function, but it refused to even upload a single photo because my photo library is larger than 1 Tb in total (although it still fits into a 1 Tb Dropbox account, but at 95%).
