What kind of wallet do you have?

Yeah I quite like that too, what is it worth? Where is it made?

Heres one I’ve had for a while, a replica of the pulp fiction wallet, I’ve censored it in advance in case it would have offended anyone.

As you can see by the photo, it ages beautifully

I just can’t see why you’d want a RFID-blocking wallet. Do you like taking your Myki/other transport card out of your wallet?

I find that i have to take my Myki out of my wallet anyway because I’ve got several other cards/passes that are similar so the Myki machine just comes up with a message along the lines of ‘Multiple cards detected’

I am using the larger version of this. It forces me to carry only my 6 most important cards with me and is thin enough I keep checking I haven’t forgotten my wallet.

I use a Comme des Garcons wallet, great size and I like the fact it just has a pocket for cards rather than card slots (for awkward sized cards)

I leave my transport card (Translink go card) behind my licence in the ID window.

It’s not readable by RFID readers unless I stick my thumb/a finger in behind the card in the ID window.

So to use it I take my wallet out, flip it open, stick a finger behind the card, and scan it.

It’s not scan-able from any other direction other than from the front of the ID window. Secure with minimal convenience cost.

Bellroy Note Sleeve in tan for me.

Because Her Majesty deigns to supply her subjects with giant sheets of paper to denote currency, a lot of the smaller options are not suitable when you have to carry Pounds Sterling

Yeah, I noticed on the Bellroy website that they offer two versions of some of their wallets, one “optimised” for lower-height bills (US/AU/CA/NZ/RU) and another for taller ones, (EU/UK/JP/SG/HK/etc).

Interesting.

Yeah that’s the same as mine but like I mentioned earlier I hate how the card shape bulges :frowning:

Damn you guys. I read this thread then accidentally a new wallet…

I used to use a Zeroz wallet (http://zeroz.com), until my girlfriend talked me out of it complaining I haven’t got enough cash on me (I wonder why she did that…)

Now I’m using this fine leather Ochnik wallet (Polish leather goods company). It’s not that big (next to a Moto E)

I’ve been using the Slimfold for a couple of months and I really like it. The only issue is that if you put it in a back or front pants pocket, the corners tend to fold over. I usually put it in a shirt pocket, but if I’m wearing a t-shirt, I’m kind of stuck with pants pocket and resultant potential corner damage.

It’s incredibly thin and unobtrusive.

Same thing happened to me! Ended up with a Herschel Supply Charlie completely by accident

I have the exact same colours in my Herschel iPad mini case!

I saw this yesterday at the “Move” store in Emporium shopping centre. Very nice.

I use one of these. Backed on Kickstarter originally, loved it so much bought two more. http://www.tightstore.com

This was after my first slim wallet experiment, the Proof wooden wallet: http://www.iwantproof.com.au/products/proof-wooden-wallet
Originally backed on Kickstarter, loved this one too, but the wood snapped after not long, and they didn’t seem to want to replace it…

Also backed the Crabby wallet on Kickstarter, but didn’t really do it for me… http://www.crabbygear.com

My wallet was a Christmas present - a Paul Smith billfold one with black leather on the outside and his famous mini cooper image on the inside. That replaced a J-Fold Loungemaster that I used for many years. I also use a Dosh Aero wallet when I go to the beach or for a run which is made of rubbery plastic and has space for a couple of cards and a clip in the middle for notes.

Oh this is unfortunately where I’m at. My current one which is a black leather tri fold Fossil has held together well. The issue is that I have about 6-7 cards I use daily if not weekly. I also need notes and coins for work although I try and keep the coins to a minimum. Its pretty much the cards and coins which kill my wallets over time. My Fossil is holding on but I really need to get something else before it collapses. Stacking cards has helped a lot, but the coins are forever my issue.

Bellroy Coin Fold is what I am using now. Bellroy Coin Fold
