iPad Magic Keyboard ‘device not supported’

Anyone using a Magic Keyboard with their iPad Pro and had the device not supported pop-up message?

I have had this a few times in recent days, and am starting to have intermittent non-functioning of the keyboard. I first noticed this with failing to scroll/recognise the trackpad, then alt-tab, etc.


I don’t have a magic keyboard but I find periodically that my iPad refuses to recognise my 3rd party kb… It usually resolves with a re-seating of the iPad with the magic connector. Otherwise no clue.

Turns out it is the back case I have causing the issue. Have note resolved it yet (just taken it off for a bit. I got it to protect the back when removed from the keyboard case. Will have to look into it futher…
