Is SiteSecurityServiceState.txt a file I should keep?

SiteSecurityServiceState.txt is in the Application Support folder. I’ve read several articles about it but unfortunately they are above my head and I can’t figure out if this file is ‘good’ or ‘bad’, useful or otherwise. It seems to contain a list of supercookies which don’t clear when FireFox is shut down.

Is it something I should toss? (assuming I can), or is it necessary? Your input appreciated, thanks.
