G’day,
My brother has somehow put his old AppleTV’s menus onto a language other than English.
Can anyone either provide directions to put it back on English, or know a link showing the menus so I can figure out which ones I need to choose to fix it up??
(Preferably without a factory reset as it’s been hacked for NitoTV)
I tried restarting and choosing English from the menu but they’re still displaying in an Asian language.

You could try an iPhone or another iOS device running the Google Translation App, Which can do live translation through the camera for some written text hopefully it’s in one of the languages it understands.

I managed to find an image of the maintenance menu and so figured out the language option… though it only fixed some of the menu names!
In the end I did a Smart Install of NitoTV and it corrected the menus… still crashing when trying to open the movie folder though.
