Recently, I have not been able to access iCloud from Safari. I receive a message ‘iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server’. Yet I can access iCloud when I use Chrome. I have deleted Safari caches, tried using Safe Mode, using another account, all to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? I suppose it is not the end of the world, but Safari should work for this function.
Weird! Using another account suggests it is something system-level, but the fact that Chrome works suggests that it’s still Safari-specific.
I’m not at a Mac at the moment, but does Safari have a system-level prefs file that you can take a look at? Maybe in /System/Library/Preferences or similar?
