Macintosh Plus fly-back transformer 240v vs 120v

Hi there,
Looking to replace the flyback on my macintosh plus 240v (international) with a flyback from a Macintoh 128k 120v USA one. The 240v has a big bulge in it (serial #157-0042C) and is dead the 120v one looks okay but has a different (serial #157-0042B) . Can I swap the 120v into the international board?
